TRANSOCEAN® planetary mixer consists of two planetary blenders and one or two scraper agitators. It is applicable for mixing, dispersion, dissolution, reaction, homogenization and kneading of new energy battery, metal slurry, chemical, pesticide, pharmaceutical, food, building materials, and preparation of a variety of highly viscous products such as battery slurry, aluminum silver paste, silicone ink, ointment, adhesive, sealant, grease, cream cosmetics, etc.
Introduction
TRANSOCEAN® planetary mixer is a new type of high-efficiency multifunctional mixing equipment. There are two planetary stirrers (usually a multi-inclined mixer, twist impeller, or frame blender) and one or two scrapers. The stirrers revolve around the central axis of the material vessel while rotating at high speeds around their respective axes at different speeds, which contributes to complex movements of materials. The scraper rotates around the central axis of the tank to sweep off the materials from the tank wall. According to other applications, other types of agitators are provided as an option, such as dispersing discs, emulsifiers and so on. A vacuum system is provided for simultaneous vacuum defoaming operations to protect the products from being oxidized by air and therefore to improve the product quality. For processing of heat-sensitive materials, a jacket can be supplied for the vessel to cool or heat the material, or a mold temperature machine can be adopted to achieve constant temperature operations. Finished products are discharged by a hydraulic press.

It is applicable for mixing, dispersion, dissolution, reaction, homogenization and kneading of multi-component solid-solid phase, solid-liquid phase, liquid-liquid phase in the processing of new energy battery, metal slurry, chemical, pesticide, pharmaceutical, food, building materials, and preparation of a variety of highly viscous products such as battery slurry, aluminum silver paste, silicone ink, ointment, adhesive, sealant, grease, cream cosmetics, etc.
