Introduction

TRANSOCEAN^® vacuum mixers are applicable for the agitation, dissolution and dispersion of liquids and liquid-solid materials. The vacuum mixers consist of main body, hydraulic lifting sector, hydraulic station and control cabinet.

VAC ON: turn on vacuum pump

VAC OFF: turn off vacuum pump

Mixer ON: turn on vacuum mixer

Mixer OFF: turn off vacuum mixer

Accelerate: speed up

Decelerate: speed down

● Hydraulic station

The Hydraulic station consists of a oil tank, check valve, solenoid valve, gear pump, etc.. It is used to lift/lower the dispersing head. Before operation please clean the oil tank, check valve, solenoid and oil filter. Fill the oil tank with about 60L universal hydraulic oil 10#-20#.

 

Advantages

● The required vacuum can be formed in a very short time.

● The vacuum buffer tank can filter the powder impurities in the gas, and at the same time prevent the working fluid of the vacuum pump from flowing into the mixing drum to contaminate the product.
