2 sets of SG-01-30 (Ex) paint filling machine and 1 set of SG-02-5 (Ex) paint filling machine were delivered from Wuxi for Bishkek by truck on OCT. 15, 2024.
TRANSOCEAN® SG series paint filling machine are composed of a filling unit and a capping unit, which is suitable for quantitative packaging of liquid materials such as thinners, thickeners, paints, coatings and resins. Empty containers are manually placed in the filling station, and the filling unit automatically conducts quantitative filling. The crown cap is placed onto top of filled bucket and then the bucket is transferred to the capping station automatically by the powered conveyor, and capped by the pneumatic capping device. Finally, the finished products are output by the conveyor.
