TRANSOCEAN® TSJ-700 Vacuum dual shaft mixers, GH-800 Three roll mill, MW-65 Lab three roll mill and SDF-0.75 Lab high speed disperser for PVC paste preparation were delivered to Manzanillo, Mexico on NOV. 29, 2025.

TRANSOCEAN® Vacuum dual shaft mixer is composed of a high speed disperser and a scraper mixer or a frame mixer which are mounted coaxially. Each mixer is driven by a motor separately and the speed is adjustable by an inverter. It is suitable for mixing and dispersion of various materials such as PVC pastes, emulsion paints, etc. The disperser generates axial flows and disperses powders into fluids while the mixer with scrapers stirs the materials radially and scrapes off the materials from the wall of the mixing tank. Vacuum equipment is applicable for simultaneous deforming of the material to promote the luster and quality of the product.

A saw-tooth dispersing disc running at a high tip speed generates tremendous shear force and creates a forceful vortex around the dispersing shaft, which contributes to high performance of wetting and dispersion. The dispersing disc can be lifted mechanically for vessel loading/unloading or lowered for dispersing operation. Finished products are poured out from the mixing vessel after processing.
