Introduction
TRANSOCEAN® semi-automatic gravimetric putty filling machine is specially designed for quantitative filling of putty. The mixed putty is transferred to the material inlet of the putty filling machine via a screw pump or a hydraulic discharge press. The start/stop of the filling nozzle is jointly controlled by a photoelectric sensor, a METTLER TOLEDO load cell, and a weighing controller. The flow rate of the putty feed pump can be regulated by an inverter or controlled by adjusting the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic discharge press to adjust the speed of the putty filling. The Transocean® putty filling machine is equipped with a filling nozzle specially designed for the filling of putty. On the one hand, it ensures that the putty can flow out smoothly, and on the other hand, it prevents the filling nozzle from dripping after a filling round. It can not only ensure the filling accuracy but also ensure the cleanliness of the filling station. The nozzle adopts a modular design, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning before shutdown and reassembly. According to the requirements of the use environment, the putty filling machine is divided into ordinary type (N) and explosion-proof type (E). According to the requirements of the production process, a nitrogen-filling device is available as an option to prevent the putty from being oxidized. According to user requirements, it can be equipped with an automatic bucket dividing machine, an automatic capping and sealing machine, an automatic stacking system, etc., to realize automatic operation.
