TRANSOCEAN® agrochemical filling machine is a volumetric filling system which adopts advanced automatic control technology and characterizes reliable performance and easy operation. The filling machine mainly consists of a bottle sorting device, a volumetric filling system, a cap sorting device, a capping device, a labeling device, an electrical control section, a filling platform and a conveying system. Unique submerged filling nozzles are supplied, which can effectively prevent splashing during filling and dripping of residual liquid after filling.
Applications
TRANSOCEAN® agrochemical filling machine is applicable for packing of corrosive materials such as pesticides, insecticides,bactericides, herbicides, foliar fertilizers, flush fertilizers, water-soluble fertilizers, disinfectants, oral liquids, feed additives, white wine, mineral water, beverages, etc.
