Introduction:

TRANSOCEAN^® FH series triple roller grinder is composed of three horizontal rollers, namely feed roll, center roll and apron roll. Each two adjacent rollers rotate in opposite directions. Feed roll and center roll rotate towards each other, while center roll and apron roll rotate back to back. Each adjacent roll rotates at progressively higher velocities. The materials are fed into the feeding area between the feed roll and the center roll. For mixing of materials the feed roll is placed in close proximity to the center roll, while the apron roll is separated from the other two rolls. For grinding or discharge of materials the feed roll and the apron roll are in close proximity to the center roll. The materials can be uniformly mixed, dispersed, squeezed, ground and homogenized in the tiny gap between adjacent rolls. The clearance can be adjustable hydraulically. The products will be scraped from the apron roll by the discharge blade after milling and be collected in a pail. The milling process will be repeated until the solids in the products are evenly dispersed and the fineness of the products is acceptable.
