Introduction

A workbench is applicable for various applications such as mold, fitter, inspection, maintenance, assembly, etc. It characterizes perfect corrosion resistance, dirt resistance, impact resistance and strong load capacity. The tabletop is specially treated and performs well in terms of anti-corrosion and strong impact resistance. A variety of tabletop options are available for different applications. The workbenches are divided into light type (Max. load capacity: 300KGS), medium type, heavy type (Max. load capacity: 1000KGS) and special type.

Key points of workbench design
1. Load-bearing requirements: select the frame and table according to the weight of the items placed (such as heavy equipment requires a load-bearing capacity of ≥1000kg).
2. Ergonomics: The height is usually 75-90cm (adjustable height workbench is suitable for operators of different heights), avoiding long-term bending or lifting of hands.
3. Functional scalability: reserve power supply interface, air source interface (such as pneumatic tools), and lighting equipment installation position to improve operating efficiency.
4. Safety: edge rounding (anti-collision), heavy workbench fixed to the ground (anti-dumping), anti-static table grounding (anti-electric shock or component damage).

Maintenance and Cleaning
1. Regular Cleaning: Clean the workbench surface regularly to remove dirt and debris and keep the workbench clean and tidy.
2. Check for damage: Check the workbench regularly for damage or wear and tear, and repair or replace it in time.
3. Lubricate parts: For workbenches with adjustable height or other mechanical parts, lubricate the parts regularly to ensure their normal operation.
