Introduction:

TRANSOCEAN^® hydraulic lifting high shear emulsifier is used for emulsification & homogenizing of liquid-liquid and mixing & dispersing of liquid-solid to obtain a uniform emulsions. The materials in the tiny gap between rotor and stator are subject to the combination of shearing, centrifugal squeeze, friction, impact, tearing and turbulence generated by strong momentum resulting from high velocity and high frequency mechanical effect of rotor. The vacuum system for simultaneous de-aeration to upgrade the quality of products is supplied as an option.
