The putty filling trolley can be quickly connected to the filling control cabinet via the aviation plug, and works with the weighing filling platform to quantitatively fill the plastic buckets or metal buckets with putty, adhesives, curing agents and other viscous fluids which do not contain hard particles.
Introduction
TRANSOCEAN® putty filling trolley is a movable gravimetric putty filling module. The putty filling trolley can be quickly connected to the filling control cabinet via the aviation plug, and works with the weighing filling platform to quantitatively fill the plastic buckets or metal buckets with putty, adhesives, curing agents and other viscous fluids which do not contain hard particles.
Structural composition
1. Storage box: used to store putty or putty materials, usually with a large capacity to reduce the frequency of adding materials.
2. Conveying system: can convey the putty or putty in the storage box to the filling site.
3. Filling gun head: a key component for filling putty or putty into gaps or holes.
4. Frame and wheels: the frame is used to support and fix each component to form a whole.
5. Control system: used to control the operation and operation of the putty filling cart, such as starting and stopping the motor, adjusting the conveying speed, switching the filling gun head, etc.
