TRANSOCEAN® automatic gravimetric filling capping machine consists of a container-arranging turntable, an empty bucket conveyor, a gravimetric filling unit, a cap placing unit, a cap sealing unit and a full bucket conveyor. All processes are automatically completed. The user only needs to put the empty barrels on the container-arranging turntable, put a stack of lids into the lid compartment of the cap placing unit, and collect the finished products at the end of the full bucket conveyor.
Introduction
TRANSOCEAN® automatic gravimetric filling capping machine is designed for automatic large-scale quantitative filling and capping of various fluids with open buckets in the industries of coatings, inks, adhesives, etc.. The automatic gravimetric filling capping machine consists of a container arranging turntable, an empty bucket conveyor, a gravimetric filling unit, a cap dispensing unit, a cap sealing unit and a completed product conveyor. All processes of container arranging, quantitative filling, lid dispensing and lid sealing are automatically completed.
