Introduction:

TRANSOCEAN^® automatic follow-up detergent filling machine consists of a material feeding device, lateral moving devices, 4 filling nozzles & bottle clamps, 4 cap placing devices, 2 cap screwing devices and a continuous conveyor. The filling unit and capping unit are driven by servo systems to move laterally synchronously with the bottles. On the running conveyor, each 4 adjacent containers are divided into a group according to the number of the filling nozzles and are followed by 4 filling nozzles irrespectively. When a filling round is over, the filling nozzle will automatically reset to prepare for the next filling round. The capping unit goes on like this. The container conveyor runs continuously during filling and capping. The filling machine characterizes excellent production efficiency, less space occupation, lower production cost and great economic benefits. According to process requirements, aluminum foil sealing machine, labeling machine, coding machine, cartoning machine and palletizing machine are available as an option.

TRANSOCEAN^® automatic follow-up detergent filling machines are widely used in automatic quantitative packaging of liquid materials such as laundry detergent, disinfectant, hand sanitizer, softener, mouthwash, shampoo, shower gel, toilet cleaner, medicine, pesticides, liquid suspension fertilizer, alcohol, beverages, motor oil, lubricating oil, edible oil, etc. .

 

Features:

●A servo motor is used to control the lateral moving device, so that bottle neck clamping device equipped with a flexible concave arc-shaped chuck can clamp the bottle neck and move synchronously with the bottle. Then the submersible filling nozzle submerges into the bottle for automatic quantitative filling.

●Four metering plungers are used to control the filling action to realize automatic quantitative filling.

●A servo motor is used to control the lateral moving device, so that the cap placing device moves synchronously with the bottle neck, and the cap is accurately put on the bottle.

●A servo motor is used to control the lateral moving device, so that and the container clamping device equipped with a flexible chuck can clamp the container and the cap screwing device can move synchronously with the container and then screw the cap tightly.

●The filling machine automatically detects the running speed of the containers, follows the containers, and carries out the filling and capping synchronously when the container conveyor runs continuously.

●The touch screen and PLC facilities visual and convenient operation as well as automatic counting.

●With frequency conversion control the production speed is adjustable steplessly.

●20 formulas can be stored in the control system, which is easy to call.

●When changing filling containers of different shapes and specifications, the height of the container guardrail and conveyor can be adjusted with one key. And the specifications of the containers can be saved and be called in the future.

●With the piston and three-way valve, it is convenient to clean without disassembly.

●The working parts in contact with the packing media are made of SS316, and the surface of other parts is made of SS304.
