The Transocean® bitumen filling packing machine is composed of the bucketing station, bucket conveyor, filling packing station, capping unit, labeling unit, coding unit, palletizing station, film wrapping station and centralized control station. A pile of empty buckets is loaded onto the bucket loading station by hand, and then all the processes of bucketing, filling, labeling, coding, palletizing and film wrapping processed are completed by automation. Finished bucket pallets are transferred to the storage area by a forklift.
