Ink Filling Machine

 

 

Introduction

TRANSOCEAN® weighing ink filling machine is composed of a two-stage filling valve, a weighing platform, a loading cell, a weighing indicator, a roller conveyor, an explosion-proof operation box, a cover sealing device and a frame. It is suitable for filling inks, printing inks, varnish, lubricants, engine oils, glycerin, edible oils, flavors, solvents, thinners, coatings, adhesives, etc.

For the filling of open-top buckets, a fixed filling nozzle equipped with a two-stage filling valve is selected. The start and stop of the quick-filling valve and slow slow-filling valve are jointly controlled by the loading cell and the weighing indicator.

For the filling of small-mouth containers, submerged filling nozzles are used. The filling nozzles are submerged into the container mouth and suspended above the products. On the one hand, the product can be free from splashing and dripping, and on the other hand, the filling nozzle can be protected from contamination by the packed materials.

After the filling is completed, manually put the lid on top of the container and push the container to the capping station. Upon users' requirements, an automatic lid-placing device can be supplied.

The lid sealing device is designed according to the form of the lid of the container. Generally, there are two options: a capping plier or a pressing disc. These two capping devices can be quickly exchanged by hand. The height of the capping device can be adjusted by the hand wheel and the screw mechanism to adapt to the height of the barrel.
