TRANSOCEAN® Submersible filling pneumatic capping machine is applicable for filling and capping of liquids with small mouth containers. The buffer tank is provided to make sure the material feeding goes smoothly and to ensure the filling accuracy. The submersible gravimetric filling nozzle can dive into the container mouth to protect filled media from splashing or up to the container bottom to avoid generation of air bubbles during filling process. After filling the container is moved to the capping station. The cap is put on to the container head and sealed with the pneumatic capping tool.
Introduction
TRANSOCEAN® Submersible filling pneumatic capping machine is applicable for filling and capping of liquids with small mouth containers. The buffer tank is provided to make sure the material feeding goes smoothly and to ensure the filling accuracy. The submersible filling nozzle can dive into the container mouth to protect filled media from splashing or up to the container bottom to avoid generation of air bubbles during filling process. After filling the container is moved to the capping station. The cap is put onto the container head by hand and sealed with the pneumatic capping tool.

Operation process
1. Manually place the barrel on the weighing platform, the system automatically detects the barrel position and starts the filling gun.
2. The filling gun automatically inserts into the barrel mouth and starts filling.
3. After filling, the filling gun automatically closes and rises.
4. Manually move the barrel to the capping area and press the capping button.
5. The pneumatic capping system automatically completes the capping.
