Introduction
TRANSOCEAN® texture paint filling machine filling machines are applicable for quantitative filling of texture paint, natural stone coating and alike. It consists of a filling unit and a capping unit. The filling process is controlled by the Autonics photoelectric sensors, METTLER TOLEDO load cells and GM weighing controller. Then the full buckets will be transferred to the capping unit for automatic capping by the automatic conveyor. At last the finished product will be unloaded by hand. Automatic stacker completed with a robot is available as an option.

● The special filling nozzle for texture paint is adopted, which can withstand the abrasion of the quartz sand in texture paint.
● The mobile filling trolley is connected to the weighing controller through an aviation plug which can be quickly put into operation, and easy to clean after use.

Remark
● Feeding method: by gravity of texture paints from mixing tank above the filling trolley.
● Height of the outlet of the mixing tank: Min. 1500mm from the ground to the lowest point of the outlet.
Operational precautions
1. Cleaning: Flush the system with solvent or water (depending on the paint type) regularly to prevent accumulation of dried paint.
2. Pump selection: Select the appropriate pump type based on the particle size and viscosity of the paint (e.g., avoid using gear pumps for paints with large, sharp particles, as these particles may wear the gears).
3. Safety: Operators should wear protective gear (gloves, goggles) to avoid contact with chemicals; ensure good ventilation for solvent-based paints.
