1. The three shaftdispersing mixer can work alone, or with conveyors, storage tanks, and automatic packaging machine (suitable for valve bags, saving 3-4 labors).
2. The materials in the mixing tankconduct both circular motion and axial motion created by the blades. During the movement of the materials, convection stirring, shear stirring and diffusion stirring are achieved.
3. All materials involved in the mixing process are uniformly distributed. Usually the degree of mixing is divided into ideal mixing and random mixing. The degree of mixing of various materials in the mixing machine depends on the proportion, physical state and characteristics of the materials to mix, as well as the type of mixing machine used and the duration of the mixing operation.
