The three shaft dispersing mixerconsists of a large inclination screw feeder, a small platform type threeshaft high-efficiency mixer, a discharger, a screw elevator for finished products, a silo, an automatic packaging machine, and an electrical control cabinet. The three shaft two-way fork-hand agitator is the core among all these components, which makes the materials move in a boiling state in the mixing chamber. There is also a drum-type dispersing shaft to disperse the fibers at high speed, effectively achieving uniform mixing of the materials. The equipment characterizes reasonable design, high production efficiency, ground installation, less requirement on the height of workshop (no more than 4m high), stable performance and less operators (2-5 people).
