How to adjust the speed of the Dispersion Kettle

1. Use the frequency converter to adjust:
This is a more common method. First, make sure that the dispersion kettle is equipped with a frequency converter. Turn on the power of the frequency converter and connect it to the motor of the dispersion kettle. Set the required speed parameters through the operation panel of the frequency converter. You can first set a lower initial speed, such as 200-300rpm, and then gradually adjust the speed according to the dispersion of the material and the process requirements. For example, if the material dispersion effect is not good, the speed can be increased by 100-200rpm at regular intervals (such as 5-10 minutes) until the ideal dispersion effect is achieved, but be careful not to exceed the maximum speed limit of the equipment.
2. Use the controller to adjust
If the dispersion kettle is equipped with an intelligent controller, the speed can be adjusted through the controller. On the operation interface of the controller, enter the speed setting menu. Enter the target speed value according to the material characteristics and process standards. Some controllers also have an automatic adjustment function that can automatically adjust the speed according to preset parameters (such as material viscosity, temperature, etc.). 3. Manually adjust the motor speed:
For some simple dispersion kettles, the speed of the dispersion kettle may be controlled by manually adjusting the speed of the motor. Find the motor speed knob or handle, which is usually located on or near the motor housing. First adjust the knob or handle to the lowest speed position, then start the motor, and then slowly turn the knob or push the handle to gradually increase the speed, while observing the movement of the material in the dispersion kettle until the appropriate speed is reached.
