The TRANSOCEAN® paint filling machine is an automatic or semi-automatic filling machine. Before the end of the day's work, the filling machine must be cleaned to prevent residual impurities from polluting the subsequent filling materials, affecting product quality, and even causing blockages and affecting use. So how do we properly clean the paint filling machine?
1. Use the material pump to inject clean water into the filling nozzle to cycle and clean the material flow channel of the filling machine. Loosen the quick connector clamp of the spout and remove the spout for a thorough cleaning.
2. Loosen the quick connector clamp of the feeding hose, remove the hose and soak it in the cleaning solution for about half an hour, and use a soft brush and other tools to clean the residual material in the hose.
3. After the filling nozzle, feeding hose and flow channel are cleaned, connect the feeding tube and the quick card of the filling nozzle again to prepare for the next filling.
