Well, how can we better maintain them in our daily operations?

A. First of all, as the operators and maintenance personnel of the horizontal bead mills, we must be familiar with the structure and performance of the equipmentas well as the names, specifications and functions of all the components. If we master the basic knowledge, we can have a general idea of the working principle of the machine, which is very helpful to our operation and maintenance of the horizontal bead mills.
B. Secondly, as an operator of the horizontal bead mills, we have to identify the parts marked on the lubrication diagram. In our daily work, we must frequently lubricate these accessories. Moreover, we also have tokeep the lubricating points of the horizontal bead mills clean. Otherwise, the lubrication effect will be tremendously impaired
C. Last but not least, we should pay special attention to the temperature of all the bearings on the running equipment which usually should not exceed 32℃.
We also have to check all the bolts are tightened appropriately; there is no abnormal noise; material feeding goes on evenly and smoothly and no leakage on the grinding chamber is found. Moreover, we have to check whether the input voltage and working current of the motor are within the normal range.
