The working principle of a gravity-free mixer

Dec 26, 2020

The gravity-free mixer makes full use of convection mixing, i.e. using the upward throwing motion of the materials in the mixing chamber to form a flowing layer and to create instantaneous weight loss, so that it can achieve the optimal mixing effect. In the fluid layer, the materials overcome the centrifugal force at a certain circumferential speed and moves from A to B under the action of a blade with a specific angle. At the same time, the moving blades in the machine transferthe materials to C, and the blades with the same specific angle pushthem to D, and then send them back to A from D. Besides, under the action of specific double ribbons, the materials move axially to achievemixing in an all-round range and arrive at a random optimal motion state.
