1. Regularly check and replace lubricating oil:
The oil tank should use 46# hydraulic oil, which should be replaced every six months and the oil tank should be cleaned.
The filter should be cleaned once a month and once every two or three days after the oil change.
2. Weekly oiling:
The gears, bearings, balls, shafts, sleeves and cylinders of the rotating parts of the disperser should be oiled once a week.
3. Check for overheating or abnormal noise:
If overheating or abnormal noise is found during use, it should be checked in time.
4. Maintenance of lubricating parts:
If the equipment is not used for a long time, the power supply must be cut off, all cleaned, all lubricating parts oiled, and the main shaft and cylinder oiled to prevent rust.
5. Use the correct lubricating oil:
Make sure to use the appropriate lubricating oil and avoid using untreated waste oil.
6. Lubrication system inspection:
Regularly check the lubrication system to ensure that the lubrication oil path is unobstructed.
