1. Check the roller surface regularly:

2. Ensure sufficient lubrication:
Check whether there is enough lubricating oil in the lubrication part of the three-roll mill. If the lubricating oil is not enough, add lubricating oil first and then operate.
3. Avoid foreign matter from entering:
Ensure that no foreign matter, such as metal blocks, enters between the two rollers. These foreign matter will damage the roller surface or other mechanical parts.
4. Check the electrical wires and power supply:
Check whether the electrical wires are aging or broken, and ensure the reliability of the power supply grounding to ensure the safety of electrical equipment.
5. Reasonably arrange the workspace:
Keep the workspace clean and tidy, and ensure that there are no interference or dangerous factors in the surrounding environment.
6. Regularly replace worn parts:
After the three-roll mill has been used continuously for half a year, it needs to be overhauled, all moving parts need to be disassembled and cleaned, clean lubricating oil needs to be replaced, and the oil circuit needs to be carefully checked for smooth flow. Any problems found during the disassembly and cleaning process should be repaired immediately.
7. Check the roller deformation:
If the roller is found to be deformed during use, it must be stopped and re-grinded immediately. If the roller is re-grinded too many times and the diameter is less than the specified value, the transmission gear will be tight and there will be gaps between the rollers. At this time, the gear must be corrected.
8. Maintain the discharge blade:
The edge of the discharge blade should be carefully corrected before installation, and it should be smooth and smooth. No burrs or cracks are allowed. When the blade is worn, the countersunk screw can be loosened to move it outwards and then used.
