1. Each lubricating part should be filled with lubricating oil frequently, and the oil should be added at least twice per shift. For press-in lubrication, butter should be pressed in every 20 days, and the oil pool should be replaced every three months.
2. Check the steam pipe and each joint frequently, and no leakage is allowed. The machine should be inspected after six months of operation, and the vulnerable parts should be checked and repaired or replaced appropriately.
3. After the kneading machine is installed, it should be cleaned, decontaminated and wiped with anti-rust grease. Check each lubrication point and inject lubricating oil (grease). Check the tension of the V-belt before driving, and move the motor to the appropriate position by adjusting the bolts. Check whether the fasteners are loose, whether the steam pipe is leaking, and whether the circuit and electrical equipment are safe. The electric heating kneading machine must have a grounding device.
4. Clean the kneading machine room before the test run, run it idle for 10-15 minutes, and put it into production after confirming that the machine is operating normally. Usually, the noise of the new machine gear (including the reducer) is relatively large during the initial use, and it will naturally decrease after a period of running-in.
5. When using steam for heating, a safety valve and a pressure gauge should be installed at the inlet pipe, and the steam pressure should not exceed the mixing cylinder pressure requirements on the label. The kneading machine studio should minimize the use of reversal. All lubricating parts should be oiled frequently. There should be no leakage of raw materials from the wall panel sealing part. The belt should be appropriately tight and should be checked, adjusted or replaced regularly.
