1. During the lubricating oil filling process, if the capacity of a single package is large and the storage capacity of the lubricating oil in the filling equipment is insufficient, the lubricating oil filling will be unstable. At this time, the filling should be suspended, and the filling operation should be restarted after a sufficient amount of lubricating oil is stored in the lubricating oil storage silo.
2. When the flow of filling liquid is stable but the filling amount is incorrect, check whether the filling channel is blocked by foreign objects. If it is, clean it up.
3. There is still oil leakage after the lubricating oil filling machine is closed. In this case, the orifice needs to be repaired.
4. After starting the lubricating oil filling machine, the filling machine does not work. Maybe the switch is broken or the relay is loose.
5. Confirm that the relay is normal, but the lubricating oil filling machine does not work. At this time, check whether the air pressure meets the standard of use. Check whether the solenoid valve is damaged after oil filling.
