Introduction:
TRANSOCEAN® automatic follow-up filling machines are applicable for quantitative filling of viscous fluids such as beverage, hand sanitizer, mouthwash, shampoo, shower gel, lubricating oil, edible oil, agrochemical, pharmacy, etc.. The filling machine is composed of a material feeding unit, a lateral moving mechanism, 3 follow-upfilling nozzles& bottle clamps, 2follow-up capping units and a container conveyor. The filling units and capping units are driven by servo systems to follow the containers and carry out filling and capping when the containers are running on the conveyor.After a round of filling, the filling nozzle will automatically reset for the next filling round.The capping unitsalso do so.The touch screen and PLC are supplied for operation. It is easy to adapt the filling unit and capping unit to various containers with different shapes and sizes. The filling speed can be up to several times of that of the ordinary filling machines. All the wetted working parts are made of SS316 so as to stand with corrosive media such as alkaline and acidic. The output products can be free from pollution during the filling process. All the material contacting parts are connected with quick joints, which is easy to clean. The aluminum foil sealing unit, labeling unit, coder andcartoningdevicewill be supplied upon customers’ request.
