1. Daily maintenance:
After each use, clean the dispersing disc and container to prevent material residue and drying.
Check whether the equipment has abnormal sound or vibration. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
2. Regular maintenance:
Replace the hydraulic oil and clean the oil tank every six months.
Check the wear of bearings, belts and other parts regularly and replace them if necessary.
Check the AC contactor every six months and perform comprehensive maintenance after one year of continuous use.
3. Long-term outage:
If the equipment is out of use for a long time, the power supply should be cut off, the surface of the equipment should be cleaned, and lubricating oil should be applied to each lubrication part.
