1. Preparation
1. Check the equipment:
Check whether the position and locking of each component are normal, including whether the screws, clips, connectors, etc. are loose or damaged.
Check whether the power cord and switch button are normal, and whether the cooling circulating water is sufficient.
Inject lubricating oil according to the diagram and turn on the power.
Adjust the front and rear left and right hand wheels to observe whether the roller linkage is normal.
2. Clean the roller:
Remove dirt from the roller surface: wipe with soft paper or clean cotton yarn, and loosen the baffle plate.
Ensure that the roller surface is clean and there is no residual material.
3. Adjust the roller gap:
Adjust the gap between the front and rear rollers and the middle roller to 0.5 mm, then start the power and idle for 1-2 minutes.
2. Grinding process
1. Start the equipment:
After starting the operation, adjust the gap between the middle and rear rollers to 0.3 mm, press the baffle plate, and add slurry appropriately.
Visually observe the coloring depth, fine-tune the rear roller, make the coloring evenly spread over the roller, and then tighten the fixing nut.
2. Monitor the equipment status:
Pay attention to the bearing temperature at both ends of the roller, which generally does not exceed 100℃.
During operation, pay attention to whether there are any abnormalities, and stop the machine immediately if there are any abnormalities.
The operator should always pay attention to whether there are debris on the roller, and if there are, stop the machine immediately to avoid affecting the quality and causing safety accidents.
3. Adjust the discharge plate:
Adjust the front roller handwheel with both hands at the same time, so that the front roller slowly contacts the middle roller. When the surface of the front roller is evenly colored, tighten the fixing nut.
Then adjust the angle of the material plate so that it is appropriately pressed on the roller surface, and the slurry can be discharged evenly.
Check the uniformity of the discharge and the particle size of the finished product, and continue to fine-tune the front and rear rollers until the particle size of the finished product reaches the predetermined requirements.
3. After work stops
1. Clean the equipment:
Remove the paint and clean it in time, wipe the roller and related parts.
Loosen the knife and baffle plate, apply a small amount of engine oil, and then cover with wax paper for protection.
2. Equipment maintenance:
If production is completed, clean the roller and the surrounding area in time, and turn off the relevant power switch.
The paint film in the middle of the roller is thin and thick at both ends. The roller may be convex in the middle, and the cooling water volume needs to be increased.
The paint film at both ends of the roller is thin and the paint film in the middle is thick. The cooling water volume needs to be reduced.
IV. Precautions
1. Cooling water:
It is strictly forbidden to drive without cooling water.
2. Foreign matter handling:
Foreign matter (such as metal blocks, etc.) is strictly prohibited from entering between the two rollers. If foreign matter accidentally enters, emergency stop and remove it, otherwise it will squeeze the roller surface or other parts.
3. Roller gap adjustment:
Pay attention to adjusting the front and rear rollers at any time. Due to the linear expansion of the roller, it is easy to swell and die during work, and even brake the motor to cause accidents.
4. Copper baffle maintenance:
The copper baffle (baffle tip) of the baffle material cannot be pressed too tightly, and lubricating oil (which can be dissolved in the paint slurry) should be added at any time, otherwise it will wear out quickly.
