During use, various faults may occur in horizontal sand mill. For these faults, we need to make accurate judgments and handle them. For example, when the feed pump does not start or stops automatically during work, we need to check whether the power is connected, whether the fuse is blown, and other possible reasons. When the main engine cannot start or stops automatically during work, we also need to check whether the fuse is blown, whether the feed pump is feeding, and other possible reasons. In addition, excessive motor load may be caused by reasons such as high material viscosity, excessive grinding media loading, or abnormal electrical circuits. Therefore, when a fault occurs, we need to check and handle them one by one according to the specific situation.
In addition to the above common faults, there may be other problems in the horizontal sand mill, such as the feed pump not feeding, reduced production efficiency, etc. For these problems, we also need to make accurate judgments and handle them. For example, when the feed pump does not feed, we need to check whether the pipeline is leaking, whether the feed pipe is blocked, whether the feed pump is severely worn, and whether the material viscosity is too high. When production efficiency drops, we need to check possible reasons such as whether there is too little grinding media, whether the disperser is excessively worn, and whether the grinding media is broken into pieces.
