During the test, you also need to pay attention to the adjustment of the V-belt to ensure that it is in a suitable state. In addition, you need to add an appropriate amount of grinding media from the top of the horizontal sand mill cylinder to ensure the grinding effect.

When starting the equipment, you should start the feed pump first, and then start the main engine after the material is discharged from the top screen. When restarting after a long shutdown, the solid particles and grinding media in the material may settle and "stuck" the disperser, and certain measures need to be taken to deal with it. At this time, you can start the motor by jogging and assist with manual "turning", and at the same time input a small amount of solvent that has the ability to dissolve the material to make the material dissolve and loosen before starting. It should be noted that the equipment cannot be started forcibly to avoid damage to the electrical appliances and the machine body.

When the downtime is long, the dried material on the screen should be cleaned to avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment. At the same time, when cleaning the disperser, it should be rotated slightly and intermittently to avoid the disperser and grinding media from being worn and broken by rapid operation in the cleaning liquid. In addition, when using new grinding media, it should be screened to remove foreign objects such as impurities and fragments to ensure the grinding effect and the normal operation of the equipment.
