Before using the horizontal sand mill, the operator needs to pay attention to the following matters
1. Check whether all parts of the machinery and electrical appliances are normal, including lubrication points, transmission devices, connecting bolts, etc. Ensure that all parts are intact, lubrication is normal, and the transmission device runs smoothly.
2. Check whether the protective device is intact, whether the motor carbon brush is in good contact, and whether the electrical instrument is sensitive. Ensure that the equipment is safe and reliable during operation.
3. Turn the machine for a week and check whether there are any obstacles on the rotating part or around the equipment. Ensure that the equipment will not malfunction due to collision with obstacles when starting.
4. No one can stand around when starting. To avoid injury to personnel in the event of an accident.
5. After the inspection, start the motor and pay attention to the current changes. Observe whether the motor is running normally and whether the current is within the rated range.
