Precautions for kneading machine:
1. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine when the kneading material is sticky or solidified, so as not to damage the equipment. After each work, the remaining material in the mixing tank must be cleaned for re-feeding production.
2. It is strictly forbidden to use the electric heating kneading machine without adding heat transfer oil, that is, to heat it with power, which will burn the electric heating tube.
Maintenance and maintenance
1. All lubricating parts should be filled with oil frequently. The drip-type oiling lubrication should add oil at least twice per shift. The press-in oiling lubrication should press butter once every 20 days, and the oil pool should be replaced every three months for lubrication.
2. The wall plate shaft seal should be adjusted or replaced according to the wear and tear.
3. Check the steam pipe and each joint frequently, and there should be no leakage.
4. The machine should be inspected after six months of operation, and the vulnerable parts should be checked and repaired or replaced appropriately.
