According to product fineness requirements:

1. To gain products with fineness of 20- microns, go with an open vertical bead mill or a closed vertical bead mill.

2. To gain products with fineness of 10- microns, go with a basket mill.

3. To gain products with fineness of 5- microns, choose a disc horizontal bead mill.

4. To gain products with fineness of 1- microns, go with a pintype horizontal bead mill.

5. To gain products with fineness of 200- nanometers, choose a turbotype horizontal bead mill.

According to the explosion-proof requirements of the working site:

1. In the case of that there is a risk of explosion in the working area, go with explosion-proof bead mills. Usually,bead mills complying with explosion-proof grade Ex d IIB T4are available. If you have special requirements, please contact us for customization.

2. If there is no risk of deflagration in the place of operation, Non-explosionproofbead mills will be competent.
