Structure of gravity-free mixers

Jan 07, 2021

The horizontal mixing chamber of a gravity-free mixer is equipped with two shaftscomplete with mixing bladeswhich rotatesin opposite directions. The blades stir the materials in axial direction and radial direction at a certain angle, so that the materials are mixed quickly and evenly. In order to reduce the maintenance cost two-stage blades areadopted. Worn blades can be replaced after putting a small movable blade on the blade base. Usually a pneumatic flap valve tightly embedded in the mixing chamber is used for discharging of the products. The standard design of the pneumatic flap valve is divided into two variants i.e. a wide openingdoor valve and a small openingdoor valve. The material can be discharged quickly and cleanly, with little residue.
