What are the common faults of Biaxial High Speed Disperser?

1. Mechanical aspects:
Agitator shaft failure:
Agitator shaft does not move: It may be that the flat key between the pulley and the agitator shaft falls off, resulting in the inability to transmit power to the agitator shaft normally; the V-belt is too loose, which reduces the transmission efficiency between the pulley and the agitator shaft and cannot drive the agitator shaft to rotate; it may also be that the agitator shaft is stuck by foreign objects, for example, during the mixing process, hard impurities in the material enter the mixing area and jam the agitator shaft.
Abnormal agitator shaft speed: The speed of the motor itself is unstable, which may be caused by a fault in the motor winding, a circuit problem, or an abnormality in the motor control system, resulting in the output speed to the agitator shaft not meeting the set requirements; the transmission parts connected to the agitator shaft, such as couplings, gears, etc., are worn or damaged, affecting the normal transmission of the speed.
Large vibration of the equipment: The motor quality is defective, and the motor generates uneven vibration when it is running, which is then transmitted to the entire equipment; there is too little dispersion medium in the mixing tank, which cannot play a balancing role, resulting in large vibration of the equipment during operation due to unstable center of gravity; the gravity point of the hydraulic cylinder block is not in the center of the entire transmission box, causing gravity eccentricity and causing equipment vibration.
Failure of seals: The seals of the equipment, such as the bearing seat oil seal, will wear and age after long-term use, resulting in reduced sealing effect and oil leakage. In addition, if too much lubricating oil is added, it may also cause oil to leak from the seal.
2. Hydraulic lifting system:
Unable to lift or lift inadequately: The hydraulic lifting cylinder is deformed, affecting the normal operation of the cylinder; the oil pump pressure is insufficient and cannot provide enough power to drive the lifting device; lack of hydraulic oil causes the hydraulic system to fail to work properly; solenoid valve failure causes problems with the control of the hydraulic system; the oil pipe connecting the oil tank and the lifting rod is blocked by impurities, affecting the circulation of hydraulic oil.
Unstable lifting: The guide rod of the lifting device is bent or deformed, resulting in uneven lifting process, shaking or jamming; the control system of the lifting system fails, such as sensor failure, controller failure, etc., resulting in unstable lifting speed or inability to accurately control the lifting position.
3. Electrical aspects:
The motor is difficult to start or cannot start: power supply problems, such as unstable power socket connection, loose plug, broken power cord, etc., resulting in the motor being unable to obtain normal power supply; the motor itself is faulty, such as motor winding damage, motor bearing stuck, etc.; the motor protection device, such as the overload protector is triggered, which may be due to excessive load on the equipment or abnormal conditions in the motor, causing the overload protector to operate and prevent the motor from starting.
Abnormal speed control: Failure of the speed control system, such as failure of the speed control instrument of the electromagnetic speed control disperser, short circuit of the excitation coil, line detachment, etc., will cause the motor speed to be unable to adjust normally; circuit failure of the control system, such as failure of circuit components such as control switches, fuses, relays, etc., affects the transmission and execution of speed control signals.
4. Other aspects:
Excessive noise: The equipment is not installed firmly, and the fastening bolts are loose, causing the equipment to shake and make noise during operation; the transmission parts of the equipment lack lubrication, such as bearings, gears and other parts are not lubricated in time, resulting in increased friction and noise; there are foreign objects inside the equipment, such as parts, tools and other foreign objects falling into the equipment during the assembly process or during the mixing process, colliding with the running parts to produce noise.
Poor dispersion effect: The dispersion disc is worn or damaged, affecting the shearing, impact and dispersion of the material; the selection of the dispersion disc is not appropriate, such as the size and shape of the dispersion disc does not match the properties and process requirements of the material, resulting in unsatisfactory dispersion effect; the properties of the material change, such as the viscosity, density and other parameters of the material exceed the applicable range of the equipment, which will also affect the dispersion effect.
