1. Daily cleaning:
Equipment surface cleaning: After each use, the dust, dirt and residual materials on the outer shell, control panel and other parts of the Single Shaft High Speed Disperser should be cleaned in time to keep the appearance of the equipment clean. Avoid material residues from corroding the surface of the equipment or affecting the heat dissipation performance of the equipment.
Cleaning of the mixing tank and the dispersion plate: The inside of the mixing tank and the dispersion plate are the parts that directly contact the materials and are prone to residual materials. After use, all the materials in the mixing tank must be discharged, and then the mixing tank and the dispersion plate are thoroughly cleaned with appropriate cleaning agents and tools to ensure that there is no material residue. After cleaning, wipe dry with a clean rag to prevent moisture residue from causing rust or affecting the next use.
2. Lubrication and maintenance:
Regularly add lubricating oil: The rotating parts of the disperser, such as gears, bearings, balls, shafts and sleeves, need to be regularly filled with lubricating oil to reduce friction and wear and extend the service life of the equipment. It is generally recommended to add oil once a week, and the specific frequency can be adjusted appropriately according to the frequency of use of the equipment and the working environment.
Choose the right lubricant: Choose the right lubricant according to the equipment's use requirements and working environment. Single Shaft High Speed Disperser of different models and specifications may have different requirements for lubricants. Lubricants should be selected strictly in accordance with the requirements of the equipment manual to avoid equipment failure caused by the use of inappropriate lubricants.
3. Electrical system maintenance:
Check cables and plugs: Regularly check whether the cables and plugs of the equipment are damaged, aged or loose. If there are any problems, they should be replaced or repaired in time to ensure that the electrical connection is safe and reliable and to avoid safety accidents such as short circuits and leakage.
Control panel inspection: Check whether the buttons, switches, indicator lights, etc. on the control panel are working properly. If there are any abnormalities, they should be repaired or replaced in time. At the same time, keep the control panel clean to prevent dust, moisture, etc. from entering the interior of the control panel and affecting its normal operation.
4. Mechanical component inspection:
Fastener inspection: Regularly check whether all screws, nuts, bolts and other fasteners on the equipment are loose. If they are loose, they should be tightened in time. In particular, the fasteners of the agitator shaft, dispersion disk and other parts of the disperser should be ensured to be reliably fastened to prevent them from falling off or loosening during high-speed operation.
Belt or chain inspection (if any): If the Single Shaft High Speed Disperser uses a belt or chain drive, check the tension of the belt or chain regularly. Too loose will reduce the transmission efficiency, and too tight will increase the wear of the belt or chain, and may even cause equipment failure. If necessary, adjust the tension of the belt or chain in time.
Disperser shaft inspection: Check the disperser shaft regularly for bending, deformation or wear. If there is a problem with the disperser shaft, it will affect the dispersion effect and operating stability of the equipment and should be replaced or repaired in time.
5. Hydraulic system maintenance (if there is a hydraulic device):
Check the oil level and oil quality: Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil regularly to ensure that the oil level is within the oil mark scale range. If the oil level is too low, add hydraulic oil in time. At the same time, check the oil quality of the hydraulic oil regularly. If the oil is found to be deteriorated, contaminated or impurities, replace the hydraulic oil in time.
Hydraulic component inspection: Check whether the hydraulic components such as the hydraulic cylinder and piston rod are leaking, worn or stuck. If there is a problem, the relevant components should be repaired or replaced in time to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
6. Regular maintenance:
Replacement of wearing parts: Regularly check the wearing parts of the equipment, such as bearings, oil seals, sealing rings, etc., and replace them immediately if they are worn or damaged. The damage of these wearing parts will affect the performance and service life of the equipment. Timely replacement can avoid greater equipment failure.
Overall maintenance: After the equipment is used for about one year, a comprehensive maintenance should be carried out to inspect, maintain and service all parts of the equipment to timely discover and solve potential problems. At the same time, the electrical system, mechanical system, hydraulic system, etc. of the equipment should be tested and debugged to ensure the performance and operation stability of the equipment.
Long-term out-of-service maintenance: If the Single Shaft High Speed Disperser is out of service for a long time, the power supply should be cut off, all the equipment should be cleaned, all lubrication parts should be oiled, and the spindle and cylinder and other parts should be oiled to prevent rust, and properly stored.
