1. Check the electrical system
Check the control panel:
Make sure that the indicator lights and display screen on the control panel are working properly and there are no abnormal alarms.
Check whether the emergency stop button is sensitive and should stop the equipment immediately when pressed.
Check the power cord and plug:
Check whether the power cord is damaged, aged or loose, and ensure that the connection is firm.
Check whether the plug has good contact and no ablation or loosening.
Check the running status of the motor:
Listen to whether the motor is running normally and whether there is any abnormal noise or vibration.
Check whether the temperature of the motor housing is too high to ensure that the motor runs within the normal temperature range.
2. Check the lubrication system
Check the lubricating oil status:
Check whether the lubricating oil level is within the normal range and replenish the lubricating oil if necessary.
Check the fluidity of the lubricating oil to ensure that the lubricating oil does not solidify at low temperatures and maintain a good lubrication effect.
Check the lubrication points:
Check the lubrication points of key components such as the agitator shaft, reducer, and bearing to ensure that the lubricating oil is sufficient and leak-free.
Check whether the oil dripping amount of the oil mister meets the requirements to ensure that the lubrication system is working properly.
3. Check the water supply system
Check the water tank and pipeline:
Make sure the water or antifreeze level in the water tank is normal and there is no ice.
Check whether the water supply pipeline is frozen or blocked to ensure smooth water flow.
Check the running status of the water pump:
Start the water pump and check whether the water pump is running normally and whether there is any abnormal noise or vibration.
Check the sealing of the water pump to ensure no water leakage.
4. Check the mixing system
Check the mixing blades and mixing shaft:
Check whether the mixing blades are loose or damaged to ensure that the blades are firmly installed.
Check the running status of the mixing shaft to ensure no abnormal vibration or noise.
Check the mixing drum:
Check whether there are residual materials or foreign matter in the mixing drum to ensure that the mixing drum is clean.
Check the sealing of the mixing drum to ensure no leakage.
5. Check the pneumatic system
Check the pneumatic components:
Check whether the cylinder, solenoid valve, speed control valve and other components of the pneumatic system are working properly.
Check the sealing of the pneumatic system to ensure no air leakage.
Check the compressed air pressure:
Check whether the compressed air pressure is within the normal range, and adjust the air compressor settings if necessary.
Check the lubricating oil level and operating status of the air compressor to ensure that the air compressor is working properly.
Sixth, check the safety device
Check the protective device:
Check whether the safety devices such as the protective cover and guardrail of the mixer are firmly installed without looseness or damage.
Ensure that the protective device can effectively prevent the operator from contacting the rotating parts.
Check the emergency stop device:
Check whether the emergency stop button is sensitive and should stop the equipment immediately when pressed.
Ensure that the reset operation of the emergency stop device is normal without jamming.
Seventh, check the overall operating status of the equipment
Check the operating sound and vibration of the equipment:
Listen to the sound of the equipment when it is running to ensure that there is no abnormal noise or vibration.
Check the operating status of the equipment to ensure that each component runs smoothly without abnormal jitter.
Check the temperature of the equipment:
Check whether the temperature of each component of the equipment is normal to ensure that there is no overheating.
Ensure that the equipment reaches the normal operating temperature after preheating to avoid operating problems caused by low temperature.
8. Record inspection results
Record inspection status:
Record inspection results in the equipment maintenance log, including inspection date, inspection content, problems found and treatment measures.
For any problems found, arrange repairs or replace parts in a timely manner and record the repair status.
