Aug 22, 2025

1. Daily Maintenance (after each use)
Cleaning and Inspection
Immediately clean the grinding chamber, screen, and pipes of any residual material to prevent dryness and blockage.
Inspect the seals; replace any hardened or cracked parts (leakage > 5 drops/minute is abnormal).
Lubrication
Bearing grease relubrication cycle: 400 hours/time (Mobil automotive grease).
2. Regular Maintenance
Grinding Media Management
Clean and screen the zirconia beads every 4-6 months. Replace if wear > 30%.
Mixing media with different particle sizes is prohibited (particle size deviation should be ≤ 10%).
Key Component Inspection
Inspect spindle bearing wear every 2000 hours (axial play ≤ 0.01mm).
Check belt tension monthly (adjust if droop > 15mm).
3. Annual Overhaul
Precision Calibration
Check spindle radial runout (≤ 0.01mm near the end face) and guideway straightness.
Hydraulic system oil contamination must meet NAS standards. Level 8 Standard
Cooling System Maintenance
Cleaning of multi-layer cooling circuits and water hardness control (calcium and magnesium ions ≤ 50 ppm)
