From the internal structure of the sand mill, there are several reasons for the crushing of grinding beads:
1. Sand mill
The sanding disc is loose, reversed, cracked, or has sharp edges.
2. Separation device
The dynamic separator or the screen is damaged or notched, and the screen is installed reversely, which may cause the grinding medium to directly enter the feeding pump through the separator, and the pump will be blocked by the beads or crush the beads.
3. Feed pump
Sudden shutdown of the feed pump will create negative pressure inside the pump, causing the pressure in the sand mill to press the grinding beads into the feed pump, so that the grinding beads in the pump will be crushed when the pump is restarted. This problem can be avoided by installing a one-way valve and cleaning the feed pump regularly.
4. The inner wall of the grinding barrel is defective
A sanding cylinder with rough or defective inner surface can also cause abnormal damage to the grinding beads.
