The basket grinding millworks in the following way:materials are sucked into the grinding basket by the high speed rotary self-priming impeller → the materials are subject to strong dispersion and shearby the grinding beads stirred by the high speed rotary rotor (discs or pins) in the grinding basket → processed products are discharged downwards by the impeller beneath the grinding basket→forma high-efficiency cycle of suction, grinding, and discharging. Therefore, the materials in the material tank can be effectively and fully mixed, dispersed, sheared and ground to obtain ultra-finequality products with narrow particle size distribution.
