Working principle of the horizontal bead mill

The horizontal bead mill is a kind of ultrafine wet dispersing& grinding machine for continuous production. Pre-stirred raw materials are pumped into the grinding chamber of the grinding mill and are subject to the strong shear force generated by the grinding beads which are driven by the high speed rotary stirrers in the grinding chamber. After that the processed products are discharged through the discharge port while the grinding beads are retrained by the specialized dynamic cartridge separator or the dynamic ring & static ring separator. It does not require high-level operation skills like that required for three rollers, while uniform and excellent ultrafine products can be achieved, and mass continuous production can be obtained.Thus, it is widely used in the processing of paint, ink, medicine, food, cosmetics, pesticide and other industries alike.
