One set of Transocean® triple shaft mixer has just been delivered from our factory for Malaysia.
The Transocean® triple shaft mixer is applicable for the production of viscous materials with a viscosity up to 100,000 cps such as construction putty, automobile putty, adhesives, sealants, etc..The mixer has been well received by our clients. It is composed of an automatic dosing system complete with load cells and a weighing controller, helix propellers, saw-tooth dispersers,a frame mixer with PTFE scrapers and a filling machine. Up to 20 formulas can be stored in the weighing controller. The automatic dosing system can load the materials accurately. The mixer ensures that all the materials at different positions in the mixing tank can be fully and evenly mixed, and finally produce a uniform and high-quality product. A cooling jacket outside the mixing tank, vacuum equipment for simultaneous defoaming, or a hydraulic discharge press for discharge of finished products are available as an option.Mixed products can be packed with containers by the filling machine.
