Classification of Gravity-free Mixers

Gravity-free mixers can be roughly divided into two types. One is ordinary non-gravity mixers, and the other is flying knife type zero-gravity mixers. The latter is specially designed for the processing of materials containing fibers. The fibers are cut up by flying knives and then are mixed with other compositions. It is widely used for processing of dry powder mortar, chemicals, pesticides, detergents, pigmented food, monosodium glutamate, milk powder, salt, feed, chemicals, ceramics, plastics,rubber additives and alike.
