In traditional mixing plants, energy consumption has always been a big problem for major enterprises. How to deal with it effectively?
The traditional submersible mixer has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient installation and maintenance. Coupled with the elements of impeller mode and power distribution scheme, there is a certain room for improvement in terms of energy consumption and power. To this end, we have made the following improvements to the Energy Saving skill:
1. Reliable sealing: As a device that often works underwater, sealing is the basic guarantee for very reliable operation. Therefore, we planned two independent mechanical seals, and installed sensors in the oil chamber between the two mechanical seals to cooperate with the unique junction box planning to ensure long-term reliable operation of underwater equipment.
2. High-efficiency impeller: As a high-speed rotating part, the casting structure of the impeller has poor precision, and it is difficult to ensure the balance of the impeller. Therefore, we can re-do the hydrotest study on the impeller, improve it to a full stamped welded structure and a swept back impeller, thus improving the progress in all aspects.
3. Durability planning: According to the characteristics of submersible mixing that generally works continuously for 24 hours, permanent lubricating bearings can be used here, and the planned service life can reach 100,000 hours. Under normal conditions, the lifetime protection advantage without this part is greatly guaranteed.
