1. The ink continuously enters from one end of the grinding area, flows out from the other end after being fully ground by the grinding media, and then is brought back into the grinding area, forming multiple circulation grinding, ensuring that every part of the ink can be fully ground and dispersed, improving the grinding efficiency and uniformity.
3. Efficient energy transfer: The power of the motor is efficiently transferred to the grinding media and ink through the stirring shaft and stirring blades, so that the grinding media can grind the ink with higher energy. In addition, by reasonably designing the shape, size and angle of the stirring blades, the energy transfer efficiency can be optimized and the grinding effect can be further improved.
