How often does the grease of the sand mill need to be replaced?

1. Grease in the bearing seat: It is generally recommended to replace the grease every six months. When replacing, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the inside of the bearing seat to ensure that the old grease and impurities are removed, and then add new grease.
2. Other lubrication parts: For other joints of the sand mill that need lubrication, it is recommended to check the lubrication every 2 hours. If the grease is found to be insufficient or deteriorated, it should be replenished or replaced in time.
3. Special requirements in cold areas: In cold areas, the performance of grease may be affected due to the low temperature. Therefore, it is recommended to use low-temperature resistant grease and shorten the replacement cycle appropriately according to the actual situation.
4. Regular inspection: In addition to regular replacement of grease, other parts of the lubrication system should also be regularly checked, such as the oil quality and oil level of the lubricating oil. If the lubricating oil is found to be turbid, it should be replaced.
5. Equipment operation time: If the sand mill has been running for a long time, such as more than 2000 hours, it is recommended to clean the bearings. When the running time reaches 7200 hours, new bearings may need to be replaced.
