1. Regular cleaning
Surface cleaning: Use a high-pressure water gun to rinse the surface of the Mixing machine to remove dirt and dust, especially areas such as tires and wheels that are prone to mud accumulation.
Chassis cleaning: Focus on flushing key parts of the chassis, such as the drive shaft, suspension and braking system.
Internal cleaning: After each use, thoroughly clean the mixing drum, blades and other parts to prevent the accumulation of concrete residue.
2. Lubrication and maintenance
Regular lubrication: Lubricate all moving parts such as the engine, brake pads, axles, etc. regularly according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Use lubricants recommended by the manufacturer to ensure that the correct lubricant is used for different parts.
Check the lubricant level: Check the lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and transmission oil levels regularly, and refill or replace them if necessary.
Lubrication frequency: Key parts such as the Mixing machine shaft should be refueled every shift until butter can be seen leaking from the Mixing machine.
3. Inspection and maintenance
Daily inspection: Before and after each use, conduct a comprehensive visual inspection of the Mixing machine to check for signs of wear, damage or leakage.
Weekly inspection: Check key components such as drums, mixing blades, hydraulic systems and electrical connections.
Timely replacement of parts: Monitor the condition of easily worn parts such as mixing blades and seals, and replace worn or damaged parts in time.
4. Storage and environment
Storage conditions: Choose a dry, ventilated and flat place to store the Mixing machine, avoid moisture, water accumulation and extreme temperatures.
Regular start: Even if it is not used for a long time, the Mixing machine should be started regularly to prevent malfunctions due to long-term standing.
Protective measures: Use dustproof cloth or sunshade to protect the Mixing machine from dust, rain and direct sunlight.
5. Operating specifications
Avoid overloading: Do not exceed the rated capacity of the Mixing machine to avoid excessive wear and damage to the equipment.
Reasonable mixing time: Determine the optimal mixing time to avoid excessive wear of the equipment caused by excessive mixing.
Avoid hard objects entering: When adding materials, avoid large hard objects or steel wires from entering the mixing drum to reduce the wear of the mixing blades.
6. Seasonal maintenance
Winter maintenance: Check the antifreeze and battery to ensure that the equipment operates normally at low temperatures.
Summer maintenance: Pay attention to the maintenance of the cooling system and tires, and regularly check and replace the coolant.
Rainy season maintenance: Prevent the equipment from getting wet, and regularly check the electrical system and lubrication system.
7. Records and monitoring
Maintenance records: Keep daily cleaning, lubrication and inspection records, record problems found and solutions.
Performance monitoring: Track performance indicators such as fuel consumption, operating time and efficiency, and identify areas that need improvement.
