The magnetic coupling in the reactor stirrer drives the outer magnetic steel body to rotate through the motor or reducer, and drives the inner magnetic steel body in the sealing cover to rotate through the magnetic force. The shaft of the inner magnetic steel body is connected with the shaft of the stirrer to realize the mixing function.
The plane between the sealing cover of the isolated inner magnetic steel and the reactor body is pressed tightly with a graphite pad through bolts to achieve complete isolation from the outside world, so as to achieve no leakage under high temperature and high pressure.
It is especially suitable for the mixed reaction of flammable, explosive, highly toxic and precious media used in pilot tests and large-scale production under high temperature, high pressure and vacuum conditions, completely solving the leakage problem that cannot be overcome by mechanical seals and packing seals, and ensuring The environment and the person are inviolable.
