1. Operation after long-term shutdown:
After long-term shutdown, be sure to check whether the dispersion disc is stuck by the medium before starting. If the coupling cannot rotate, use solvent to dissolve the medium before starting.
Check whether there is paint slurry on the top screen. If so, clean it with solvent.
2. Precautions during operation:
It is strictly forbidden to start when there is no paint and grinding medium in the cylinder.
When using solvent to clean the cylinder, the disperser can only be rotated slightly and intermittently to avoid wear of parts.
When using new sand, it should be sieved to remove impurities and foreign matter. Sand for sand mill should be cleaned, sieved and replenished with new sand regularly.
The observation window should be kept intact to prevent sand collapse during sand mill operation and cause injury accidents.
3. Safe operation:
It is strictly forbidden to open the frame door and belt cover when the machine is running to prevent belt pinching.
In principle, the rotor is prohibited from rotating when exposed. If the exposed rotor must be rotated, it is forbidden to touch the rotating body.
